The Classic Line 60 is a robust, two-speed spiral mixer built for daily production in bakeries and pizzerias. It delivers reliable power with simple, durable controls and a reversible bowl for precise dough development.
This machine has a reduction gearbox for increased power and is suitable for lower hydration doughs such as necessary for making pastries and such.
Due to high precision, all Sunmix mixers mix down to approx 10% of max capacity. So a 120kg mixer will mix 12kg of dough if necessary.
