Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services supplied by Fringe Industries Limited, trading as Bakeri Solutions, through this website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Business-to-Business Sales
All sales are strictly business-to-business transactions.
Orders placed through this website are deemed to be made by businesses acting in the course of trade. The Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Credit Act 1974, and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are a business customer and not a consumer.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Orders placed through this website are offers to purchase goods subject to these Terms.
An order is deemed accepted once confirmed in writing by us, including automated order confirmations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or export restrictions apply.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
Easy Line, Evo Line, and Moon Line models:
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 70 minutes of being placed. After this time, the order will proceed automatically and cannot be altered.
Nova, Queen, Classic, Top Line, and Smart Line models:
If you wish to cancel or amend, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfilment.
All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing to hi@bakerisolutions.co.uk and confirmed by us in writing to be valid.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are as agreed at checkout or under a separate written agreement.
Title to goods remains with Fringe Industries Ltd until payment has been received in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods leave our premises or are handed to the carrier.
Delivery is kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition unless faulty.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

7. Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product and are stated in the relevant product description or manufacturer documentation.
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.
It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:

Delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, transport disruption, supply chain issues, or equipment failure.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
Continuing to use this website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
