Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through Bakeri Solutions, a trading name of Fringe Industries Ltd (Company No. 10895002, VAT No. 342765294).

We supply professional bakery and catering equipment for business and commercial use only. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are a business customer or acting on behalf of one.


1. Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to request a return for unwanted items. All goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with all parts included.

This cancellation right applies only to business customers within the United Kingdom.

2. How to Arrange a Return

To arrange a return, email us first at hi@bakerisolutions.co.uk
with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and the return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.

For palletised or heavy equipment, items must be re-palletised, securely wrapped and protected for transport. Deliveries and collections are kerbside only.

If items are returned used, damaged, incomplete or improperly packaged, we may refuse the return or apply appropriate deductions.

4. Unwanted Returns & Restocking Fee

All unwanted returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Because UK delivery is free, there are no delivery charges to deduct from refunds.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
The restocking fee does not apply to faulty or damaged goods.

Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may limit our ability to assist.

6. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 working days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take up to 7 additional working days to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order goods
  • Special-order items
  • Consumables or hygiene-related goods if opened

These exclusions help ensure clarity for all business customers.

8. Governing Law

This Returns & Refund Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
