Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through Bakeri Solutions, a trading name of Fringe Industries Ltd (Company No. 10895002, VAT No. 342765294).

We supply professional bakery and catering equipment to business and commercial customers. By purchasing from us, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.
We currently accept online orders and provide standard delivery only to business addresses within the United Kingdom. International orders, if accepted, are arranged separately and are not available through the standard online checkout.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders for small items (Evo, Easy, Moon & Spares) are normally processed the same working day if placed before 1 pm.

Larger items (professional mixers, ovens, and other heavy equipment ) are usually dispatched the next working day, subject to stock availability and courier scheduling.

Factory-order or built-to-order products are dispatched once received from the manufacturer. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks, but this can vary depending on production schedules, shipping routes, and customs clearance. Please see each individual product page for deliver estimations.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
2. Delivery Services
We use a combination of courier and pallet delivery networks depending on the size and weight of the goods.

Small mixers, compact equipment and selected accessories: shipped via Amazon Logistics on a next working day service for orders placed at a sensible time during the working day.

Larger items such as professional mixers and ovens: shipped via the Palletline network. These are normally dispatched the next working day on a next working day pallet service, subject to courier scheduling and access.

Factory-order goods follow the lead times shown on the relevant product page.
All pallet deliveries are kerbside only, unless specifically agreed in writing. Delivery drivers are not authorised to move equipment indoors, up steps, or into position. Customers must ensure adequate labour or lifting equipment is available to receive heavy goods.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Delivery Costs
All prices include free UK delivery.
4. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer upon full payment.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier or leave our warehouse.
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any visible damage within 24 hours to hi@bakerisolutions.co.uk with photos. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, lack of access, or recipient unavailability, the courier may charge for re-delivery or storage. These additional costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please ensure that delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods at the agreed time.
6. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will, however, assist you in tracking or resolving any shipping issues.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, shipping costs and delivery options are agreed by separate quotation. International orders are not available through the standard online checkout. Please contact us before placing an order to obtain a delivery quote and confirm whether we can supply to your location.
All exports are shipped under DAP Incoterms (Delivered at Place), meaning the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees in the destination country.
