The Top Line range has just had a serious upgrade. The 30, 40 and 60 models now feature more powerful motors and a completely re-engineered drivetrain. Every component is bigger, stronger and built to handle tougher workloads.

These mixers are now true bakery-grade machines, capable of working doughs as low as 45% hydration while still excelling with ultra-high hydration recipes. Thanks to fully variable speed control (50–300 rpm), they’re equally at home mixing croissant dough or handling extremely wet artisan pizza doughs.
